The Garlic Cathedral
This work was created in residence at the Andes Sprouts Society in the Catskills of New York in the summer of 2013. Taking place on a biodynamic farm, our studio space was an old dairy barn. Limiting myself to what I could find on the farm for my residency, the garlic harvest, which needed to be hung to dry, became the perfect medium of expression.
