Since 2013 I've been making drawings with snails. After they wander on a piece of paper, I attempt to preserve the record of their travels left behind by their slime. There's a beautiful metaphor about unintended consequences within the process, because as I attempt to preserve their fragile trails, the movement of my hand erases what I'm attempted to preserve.
